GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN, USA – June 17, 2013 – NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network announced that Alfy Zidan of PureAudit Executive Search (Netherlands), has been appointed managing director of the EMEA region by the NPA board of directors. The managing director is responsible for activating the existing member recruitment firms while working with NPA staff to add additional member locations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “Alfy Zidan’s experience with recruitment partners, candidates and clients in the region will be a distinct advantage for NPA. We have learned that our best successes come from global thinking that is locally-inspired and directed by volunteers,” said Dave Nerz, the president of NPA, a member-owned global recruiting network. “NPA’s goal is to bring independent recruiting firms together to facilitate cooperative split-fee placements and it is important to have someone of Alfy’s character and experience to lead the local effort.”
As a managing director, Mr. Zidan will provide leadership and direction to NPA’s efforts to grow the EMEA region and report to the chairperson of NPA. Like other NPA members, Mr. Zidan is a recruitment business owner and a voting member of the NPA member-owned cooperative. “NPA is a member-owned network, and member volunteer leadership is a key part of our success as an organization,” said NPA chairperson Kimberley Chesney. “Member-owners have provided the NPA cooperative with outstanding direction and support.
