Nominations are sought from the NPAworldwide membership, and the board of directors selects the recipient by secret ballot.

Mr. Morris is the owner of Van Grace, Inc. (www.vangrace.com) in the greater Boston area. He served two terms on the NPAworldwide Board of Directors and has been a longtime volunteer for the network.
