An executive search firm based in CA was leading the search for a newly created Accounting Clerk position for her food manufacturer client to support their continued growth.
Another NPAworldwide member based in London had reached out to this firm earlier in the year after seeing them posting lots of Accounting/Finance roles to NPA’s internal job board.
“I was a new member in NPA back then and I was excited to support them as I felt I could assist given that I had supported a few Manufacturing clients (mostly in CA) in my previous job,” she said.
The California-based recruiter let her partner know that her client was in the final stages for the managerial roles they had posted, but she could still use help with a QA Tech role and an Accounting Clerk role. The two recruiters connected, and the recruiter with the job shared more details. Within two weeks of posting the role, her partner presented two local candidates, with one ultimately getting the offer – the search was successfully completed within one month.
