NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network has elected new members of its Board of Directors. The NPA board of directors is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the member-owned international recruiting network. Each NPA director also owns and operates a member recruiting firm. As board members, directors establish NPA’s business plan, identify strategic priorities, develop an annual budget, and oversee network administration. Elections were held during the NPA Annual Conference in March in San Antonio, Texas.
“NPA is a member-owned network and board leadership is a key part of our success as an organization,” said NPA president Dave Nerz. He added, “Over the years, our members have provided us with outstanding direction and support by electing board members with great insight, industry knowledge and business expertise. We are extremely pleased with the newly elected board members.”
Individuals elected to the board of directors include the following:
Rick Corey, OpticsProfessionals, LLC, Penfield, NY, USA, was elected for a one-year term as chairman-elect of the board.
Kimberley Chesney, Prime Management Group Inc., London, ON, Canada, was elected for a two-year term as Secretary/Treasurer.
Jason Elias, Elias Recruitment, Sydney, NSW, Australia, was elected for a second two-year term serving as a director.
Cameron Gausby, KNG Technical Inc., Shanty Bay, ON, Canada, was elected for a two-year term as a director.
Jeff McGraw, The Callos Companies, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, was elected for a two-year term as a director.
Christine Sturgess, Orex Retail Search, Abbotsford, VIC, Australia, was elected for a second two-year term serving as a director.
