GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN, USA – March 18, 2014 – The membership of NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network has elected a new slate of representatives to its board of directors. The NPA board of directors is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the member-owned international recruiting network. Each NPA director also owns and operates a member recruiting firm. As board members, directors establish NPA’s business plan, identify strategic priorities, develop an annual budget, and oversee network administration.
“NPA is a member-owned recruitment network and board leadership is a key part of our success as an organization,” said NPA president Dave Nerz. He added, “Over the years, our members have provided NPA with outstanding direction and support by electing board members with great insight, industry knowledge, and business expertise. This year is no exception.” Jeff McGraw, NPA chairman, remarked, “The challenges facing third-party recruiters are significant. NPA offers a remarkable venue for independent recruiters to compete in a global marketplace. I am excited to be working with such a dynamic group of business owners to implement a long-term growth strategy for NPA.”
The individuals elected to the NPA board of directors include the following:
- Jeff McGraw, The Callos Companies (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA), automatically assumed the two-year term as chairman, following a one-year term as chairman-elect.
- Glenn Arnold, Arnold Group Australia (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia), was elected to a two-year term as a director. He serves on the membership development committee.
- Bill Benson, WilliamCharles Executive Search (Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA), was elected to a two-year term as a director. He serves on the affiliations, partnerships, & sponsors committee.
- Geoff Crews, Forsythes (Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia), was re-elected to a two-year term as director. He serves on the tools, services, & knowledge and affiliations, partnerships, & sponsors committees.
- Joshua Ro, People Consulting Group (Seoul, Korea), was re-elected to a two-year term as a director. He serves on the membership retention & engagement committee.
- Judy Tilmont, JST Search Group (Indiananpolis, Indiana, USA), was elected to a two-year term as a director. She serves on the membership retention & engagement committee.
