1. Indeed has the #1 free business app for iOS and Android. Are you using Indeed as part of your mobile recruiting strategy? If not, do you have a mobile app of your own? Or a responsively-designed website?

2. 70% of job seekers are using mobile technology! Mobile recruiting is mainstream, and you simply MUST adopt/adapt. Job seekers increasingly prefer using their mobile devices, at their own convenience, to interact with you.

3. By 2016, the number of smartphones is expected to surpass the world’s population. What are you doing to ensure job seekers have an excellent experience with your website? An excellent experience includes sites that load quickly, that are highly functional from a small screen, do not require lots of typing, and allow video (hint: all video formats do not function on all mobile devices).

4. 80% of U.S. citizens will have smartphones by the end of 2013. With that many smartphones, along with widespread 4G availability, mobile browsing will continue to soar past desktop browsing. More and more job seekers are using their mobile device as their PRIMARY means of accessing the Internet. Do you have a mobile recruiting platform that is designed for this new reality?

5. 72% of job seekers want to receive career opportunity information on their smartphones. Does your mobile recruiting strategy include SMS alerts? What about an easy way to apply for a job from a smartphone or tablet? Do you offer instant confirmation to mobile job seekers that their application has been received?
