NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network is hosting a major conference for all of its members from April 9-12 , 2008 in Nashville, TN. The conference promotes the benefits of split-fee placements among its members and acts as a networking venue for these independent recruiters and owners of private recruiting firms. The conference is an outstanding opportunity for independent recruiters from around North America and the world to connect, share stories, attend training sessions and, ultimately, enhance their ability to better serve their clients. The conference has always been well attended among US-based recruiters, yet the 2008 conference will benefit from the largest number of international recruiters the conference has ever seen. Over 20% of the independent recruiters who will be present at this year’s conference are coming from outside the US.
“The percentage of internationally-based recruiters in attendance at this year’s conference is a first,” commented Dave Nerz, NPA’s executive vice president. “Not only does it demonstrate the growth of international recruiting firms and their growing impact on the industry, but it also reflects the value of the NPA network when seeking to improve client service and split-fee placements.”
