Manny Rao, the owner of Recruiting Services International, Ltd. (RSI), in Cincinnati OH, has been recognized by NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network for attaining the Double Platinum Recruiter Achievement Status. Mr. Rao is one of just a dozen individual recruiters to reach this level of achievement during NPA’s 51-year history. “NPA’s Recruiter Achievement Status recognizes cumulative salary totals,” reports NPA executive vice president Dave Nerz. “Split-fee placements through NPA represent just a portion of Mr. Rao’s overall business. Reaching the Double Platinum status for cumulative salaries exceeding US$10 million is a remarkable accomplishment. Having done so in a shared-fee environment makes it even more noteworthy and is a testimonial to his ability to work effectively with others to create mutual success.”

NPA recognizes six levels of performance through the Recruiter Achievement Status. Double Platinum is currently the highest level yet reached by an NPA member.
