GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN, USA – March 20, 2014 – Jason Elias, owner of Elias Recruitment (Sydney, Australia), is the recipient of the 2014 Chairman’s Award, presented by NPA, The Worldwide Recruitment Network. The Chairman’s Award, established in 1996, recognizes an NPA owner, manager, recruiter, or staff member, whose contributions and service to NPA represent substantial and lasting benefit. Nominations are sought from the NPA membership, and the board of directors selects the recipient by secret ballot.
Elias Recruitment joined NPA in 2003. Since then, Mr. Elias has served as a two-time regional director on the NPA board of directors, local ambassador and meeting host, master of ceremonies at numerous NPA events, and continues to be a dedicated supporter of membership growth throughout Australia.
“Jason has contributed in so many ways to the success of our organization. He has done this most frequently by contributing his time, energy and ideas to make his fellow members more successful. Jason has acted as coach, mentor and motivator to so many members aspiring to greater business results. The Chairman’s Award was presented during a special luncheon as part of the NPA Global Conference.
