It’s timely and relevant for recruiters, and it’s free, so please download your copy. I’ll share some of the most salient points (for me) here. It’s been very easy, and tempting, to blame COVID and various social programs for the current candidate shortage, but that is far too simplistic. Placement Activity Hot Globally

Placement activity is hot globally among NPAworldwide members this year. With an extreme talent shortage, candidates are in charge. Salaries are increasing rapidly, with salaries above US $100K per year up roughly one-third compared to last year. Not only that, this salary level is now the leading sector for split placements this year. The first clue can be observed in what the candidate says. Global Hiring to Accelerate in Q3

global payroll outlookManpower Group has released its global hiring survey data for the upcoming quarter. More than 45,000 employers from 43 countries participated in the survey, which seeks insight on hiring intentions for the upcoming quarter. Payroll gains are anticipated in 42 of the 43 countries represented, with the remaining country anticipating hiring to be flat.
