Hot Jobs of 2022

Spend Your Time Where the Jobs Are

One of the benefits of belonging to a global recruitment network like NPAworldwide is the ability to promote an international capability to your clients, serve your clients outside of their home markets, maximize your firm’s business opportunity by spending your time where the jobs are, and avoiding down economic situations in your home market. Here is a story about two members operating in different countries that recently completed a cross-border split.

An executive search firm based in CA was leading the search for a newly created Accounting Clerk position for her food manufacturer client to support their continued growth.

Another NPAworldwide member based in London had reached out to this firm earlier in the year after seeing them posting lots of Accounting/Finance roles to NPA’s internal job board.

Optimistic Hiring Expectations for Q1 2022

Hiring expectations continue to improve on a global basis, according to the most recent ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey. For the first time since prior to the pandemic, all 40 countries that participate in the survey report optimistic hiring conditions for the upcoming quarter compared to a year ago. Global Hiring Plans Rebounding to Pre-Pandemic Levels

Manpower Group has released its fourth quarter hiring outlook, which is largely positive. Global hiring plans are rebounding, although the talent shortage remains severe. Employers in more than 43 countries participated in the survey; all countries reporting stronger hiring plans when compared to last year.
